This machine can be used for various types of oil immersed transformers, oil immersed current and voltage transformers, and low oil circuit breakers for on-site oil filtration and replenishment.This machine can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above-mentioned equipment, especially for the hot oil circulation drying of oil immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low oil circuit breakers, which is more effective.
This machine can be used for on-site vacuum oiling and oil replenishment of sealed oil immersion equipment, as well as equipment vacuum pumping.
This machine can also be used to regenerate and purify transformer oil with mild deterioration, so that its performance meets the qualified oil standards.
2.Technical features:
This series of oil filters adopts two sets of filtration systems: vacuum filtration system and plate frame pressure filtration system, with a novel and reasonable structural design, superior performance, high degree of automation, and simple and convenient operation.
This series of equipment uses a polymer composite material stainless steel filter element to directly remove impurities from oil, effectively ensuring the filtration accuracy of oil quality. The filter element is washable and can be used repeatedly, reducing the cost of consumables in the later stage. The filter element configuration size of equipment of the same model is larger, increasing the filtering area.
In addition, based on years of practical experience, our company has set up multiple protection systems on the operating system of the entire machine, including filter filtration protection, overall overpressure shutdown protection, phase failure protection, oil circuit breaker protection, automatic liquid level and vent valve protection, heating and overheating protection, etc. Ensuring the safe use of the equipment.
3.Maintenance Method:
When the running vacuum oil filter needs to interrupt the operation, it should be disconnected from the heating power supply for 5min before stopping the operation of the inlet and outlet oil pumps, in order to prevent the local thermal decomposition of the oil in the oil circuit and the production of hydrocarbon gases.
After working in the outdoor low-temperature environment, the vacuum pump must be released to the condenser and the cooling water tank in the water to prevent damage to the equipment by low-temperature icing.
When the oil filter is not in use, the dirty oil in the vacuum pump should be drained and injected with new oil.
Should regularly check the vacuum oil filter condenser and heater. Dirt gathered in the condenser heat pipe can be blown with compressed air to prevent the decrease of heat exchange capacity:If the heating element of the electric heater is found to have carbon deposits on the surface, the cause should be identified and eliminated in order to improve the heating efficiency of the heater.
