1.Product Overview:The 220kV transformer belongs to the high-voltage oil immersed transformer and adopts a core structure. According to the number of phases, it can be divided into single-phase transformers and three-phase transformers; According to the voltage regulation method, it can be divided into load regulation and excitation free regulation; According to the winding coupling method, it can be divided into power transformers and autotransformers; According to the number of windings, it can be divided into double windings, three windings, three windings+balanced windings. It also includes special types of 220kV transformers such as split transformers and combination transformers. The product is designed according to IEC international standards, IEEE standards, and current national standards.

2.Main Feature:

a.Low partial discharge

Using computer electric field analysis software to calculate and analyze the electric field strength of each part of the winding, strictly control the field strength of key parts, improve the electrode shape, strengthen the manufacturing process, ensure the body cleanliness, adopt high vacuum oil filling, and control the oil flow rate to ensure the oil quality and ensure that the transformer partial discharge is lower than the national standard.

b.Low noise

Using high-quality high-magnetic silicon steel sheets, low-noise body structure and low-noise box, supplemented by advanced manufacturing technology, ensures that all types of transformer products of our company have the characteristics of low noise, and the noise level is better than the national standard.

c.Strong short-circuit bearing capacity

By using special computer software for calculation and analysis, the leakage magnetic distribution under short-circuit state is improved and the axial mechanical force is reduced. Take the overall set, constant pressure drying, control the height difference of the winding, and improve the axial stability. Reasonably select the winding form and wire specifications to reduce the electric density and improve the amplitude stability. This ensures that the transformer has sufficient short-circuit resistance

d.Strong lightning impact resistance

Using special transformer wave process calculation software, repeatedly calculate and adjust the capacitance parameters of each winding area to achieve the best match, so as to obtain the ideal impact gradient distribution and improve the transformer's lightning impact resistance.

e.No oil flow with electricity

The oil circuit structure is reasonable, and the oil flow distribution inside the body is quantitatively calculated and optimized, strictly controlling the oil flow speed not to exceed 50cm/s, and making the high flow rate avoid the high field strength part.
