1.Usage:

It effectively cleanses a wide range of oils including hydraulic, refrigeration, compressor, gear, vacuum pump, internal combustion engine, and heat treatment oils.

2.Main Feature:

The lubricating oil filter is set up with pressure protection, automatic temperature control and heating, automatic separation of condensate device, and drainage in rewire operation, which is simple, safe and reliable.

3.Operation Matters:

When the vacuum pump is working, attention should be paid to the oil condition shown by the oil scale (the oil should be on the oil scale line), if the vacuum pump oil is found to have more water or is too dirty, it should be replaced in time so as not to affect the service life of the vacuum pump.

When more water is found in the cooler memory during operation, it should be discharged in time.

Pay attention to the change of the pressure gauge value, if the pressure is found to be >0.3MPa during the normal oil filtering process, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced in time.

The initial filter screen should be often removed and cleaned to keep clean, so as not to clog and cause insufficient oil or high pressure. When the oil filter is found to feed oil into the small, indicating that the primary filter mesh impurities increase, need to be cleaned immediately.

Run at any time to pay attention to the pump and the corresponding motor noise is normal, if found abnormal should be removed immediately, so as not to burn the motor or affect the life of the pump.

When the machine is not in use, the vacuum pump oil should be drained and injected with new oil.

4.Maintenance Method:

When the continuous operation of the running vacuum oil filter needs to be interrupted, disconnect the heating power supply for 5 minutes before stopping the inlet and outlet oil pumps. This precaution is taken to prevent localized thermal decomposition of the oil in the circuit and the generation of hydrocarbon gases.

After operating in cold outdoor conditions, the vacuum pump must be allowed to drain into the condenser and cooling water tank to prevent equipment damage from low-temperature icing.

When the oil filter is not in use, drain the dirty oil from the vacuum pump and refill it with fresh oil.

Regular inspections of the vacuum oil filter condenser and heater are necessary. Accumulated dirt in the condenser heat pipes should be removed using compressed air to maintain optimal heat exchange capacity. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the electric heater's heating element, investigate and rectify the cause to enhance heating efficiency.
