High Thermal Stability Transformer Fluid
Transformer oil, as an insulating and heat dissipating medium material for transformers in power transmission and transformation projects, is one of the important factors for the safe operation of substations. Therefore, the basic functional requirements of transformer oil are insulation and heat dissipation, while high withstand voltage and low dielectric loss value are the basic electrical performance requirements. Along with the development of highvoltage power transmission technology, transformer oils need high oxidation stability, thermal stability and good resistance to gas precipitation in order to adapt to highvoltage conditions. In addition, trace water, particulate impurities, has become a strict control index.
Product Details:High Thermal Stability Transformer Fluid
When a transformer operates under load, it experiences two main types of losses: "copper consumption" and "core loss," both of which produce heat. If this heat is not effectively dissipated, it can accumulate, raising the temperature within the iron core. This accumulation poses a risk of damaging the solid insulation of the coil, potentially leading to burnout. Utilizing transformer oil allows for effective heat management; the oil absorbs the heat generated in the coils and circulates to release it, maintaining safe operational conditions for the equipment.

1. Applicable Industry
Drilling equipment: Transformer oil functions as a lubricant, effectively reducing friction and wear, while maintaining the stability of equipment in high-temperature scenarios.
Oilfield Electrical Equipment: In oilfield electrical systems, transformer oil offers insulation and cooling, ensuring consistent reliability in harsh operational environments.
Electric Locomotives: In the electrical systems of electric locomotives, transformer oil is used to provide insulation, ensure safe electric current transmission, and assist in dissipating heat.
Signal Systems: Transformer oil is applied in railroad signaling equipment to provide insulation, which enhances both the safety and efficiency of the signaling system.
2. Oil Change Inspection
Operational condition and empirical judgment play a significant role in transformer maintenance. Analyzing the transformer's operating history and maintenance records is essential. Frequent failures or a noticeable drop in performance may necessitate an evaluation of the oil quality and potential replacement. Additionally, it is important to consider the design life and age of the transformer. If the transformer is nearing or has exceeded its design life, changing the oil might be crucial for ensuring safe and reliable operation.
