Anti-Impact Transformer Oil for Energy Storage Systems
This insulating oil is developed for specific use cases such as new energy energy storage converters and oil-immersed transformers, exceeding the performance restrictions of traditional products. It maintains stable operation between -40℃ and 120℃: no congelation at low temperatures and no deterioration at high temperatures, making it compatible with extreme climatic conditions and dense energy storage cycle operations. A low dielectric loss factor, together with anti-gas evolution technology, reduces gas buildup in energy storage systems and lessens maintenance requirements.
Product Details:Anti-Impact Transformer Oil for Energy Storage Systems
Designed for heat-producing equipment like photovoltaic energy storage converters and high-power distribution transformers, this insulating oil optimizes its heat dissipation and fluidity. It enables fast internal temperature balancing of equipment through effective thermal conduction, reducing maintenance concerns arising from heat accumulation. At the same time, it circulates smoothly even in the compact oil circuit spaces of equipment, without hindering heat dissipation efficiency. Besides, the product utilizes eco-friendly raw materials and processes, leaving no hazardous components behind. After application, it can be recycled and repurposed via professional technology, balancing equipment operational stability and ecological protection needs, and adapting to the long-term development of new energy and urban power grids.

1. Oil Change Inspection
Moisture Assessment: Evaluate the moisture content in the oil, since moisture is a prevalent contaminant that can accelerate the aging of transformer oil.
Breakdown Voltage Assessment: It is important to measure the breakdown voltage. A reduction in this voltage may signify that the oil quality has declined and requires replacement.
Loss Factor Evaluation: An increase in the Loss Factor could be an indication that the oil is either contaminated or has aged.
2. Factors Affecting Service Life
For the transformer oil to have an extended service life, it is necessary to frequently inspect the sealing of the oil filling apparatus, the performance of the oil storage cabinet, and the breather (hygroscope). Additionally, checking that the oil color and quantity are normal before filling the transformer is crucial. These actions help ensure the stable performance of transformer oil, thus prolonging its lifespan.
