It supports stable operation over a wide temperature span of -40℃ to 120℃—remaining unfrozen in low temperatures and undegraded in high temperatures—thus adapting to extreme weather and intensive energy storage cycling. With its low dielectric loss factor and anti-gas evolution technology, it lowers gas accumulation in energy storage systems and reduces how often maintenance is needed.

This insulating oil is tailored to heat-generating devices including PV energy storage converters and high-power distribution network transformers, improving heat-dissipating and flow features. It can rapidly balance the internal temperature of equipment via high-efficiency heat transfer, minimizing maintenance issues triggered by heat buildup. Meanwhile, it circulates unimpededly in the narrow oil path spaces of equipment, not affecting heat dissipation effectiveness. In addition, the product adopts green raw material technologies, with no toxic residues remaining. After use, it can be reprocessed and reused using specialized techniques, reconciling equipment running stability with environmental protection requirements and fitting the long-term growth of new energy and urban power grids.

1. Oil Change Inspection

Moisture Content Evaluation: Check the oil for moisture content, as high moisture levels are a common contaminant in transformer oil and can hasten the aging process.  

Breakdown Voltage Testing: Measuring the breakdown voltage is critical; a drop in this voltage may indicate that the oil has deteriorated in quality and may need to be replaced.  

Loss Factor Measurement: A rise in the Loss Factor may point to aging or contamination of the oil.

2. Factors Affecting Service Life

To protect the service life of transformer oil, it is crucial to conduct regular inspections of the sealing on the oil filling equipment, the working condition of the oil storage cabinet, and the breather (hygroscope). It is also important to confirm that the oil color and quantity are normal before filling the transformer. These steps are vital for maintaining the stable performance of the transformer oil and extending its longevity.
