Cycloalkane Based Transformer Oil T-20 Insulating Oil
The product should have a high compressive strength, the minimum compressive strength should be 30KV (kilovolt). No chemical salts and other dirt, no sulphur content, so as not to corrode the copper metal. The oil quality is uniform and consistent.
Product Details:Cycloalkane Based Transformer Oil T-20
The insulating oil has very high insulation resistance and breakdown voltage, which can effectively prevent the abnormal flow of current inside the equipment and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

1. Classification: Transformer oil
2. Executive Standard: GB 2536-2011 T-20 ℃ (general).
3. Storage conditions
(1) Temperature and humidity: The ambient temperature for storing transformer oil should be controlled between 1535 degrees Celsius and relative humidity between 45%65%. This can avoid the transformer oil being exposed to high temperature, high humidity and other adverse environments, so as to maintain its good performance.
(2) Ventilation: The storage location should be well ventilated to prevent evaporation and oxidation of the oil. Ventilation facilities should be of explosion-proof type to ensure safety.
(3) Fire prevention: the storage place should be far away from fire source, heat source and oxidant to prevent the transformer oil from burning or exploding due to heat.
4. Testing methods for transformer insulation oil
(1) Appearance inspection: including observing the color, odor, transparency, etc. of the oil.
(2) Physical property testing: including measuring the density, flash point, spontaneous ignition point, pour point, etc. of oil.
(3) Chemical composition testing: including measuring the acid value, neutralization value, water content, gas content, etc. of the oil.
(4) Electrical performance testing: including measuring the dielectric loss, dielectric constant, dielectric strength, etc. of the oil.

FAQ:
Q:What are the advantages of your company compared to other companies?
A:Our company focuses on long-term goals and treats every client with integrity. We offer high quality construction techniques and materials to ensure the quality and longevity of your project. Although prices may be slightly higher than some companies, the quality of our services and the standard of our materials are also significantly higher than other companies.
Q:Why are your company's quotes so much higher than others?
A:Our company's quotes are based on comprehensive operating costs. Although the price may be slightly higher, our construction techniques and material quality standards are also higher. The high standard of workmanship and material quality is directly proportional to the price.
Q:Why can some companies offer a lot of discounts while your company cannot?
A:Our company focuses on providing high-quality services and products, rather than competing by lowering prices. Our prices are already very reasonable, and we do not offer so-called "discounts" by lowering the quality of our services.
