1. Preparation for Installation
Optimally, power transformer overhaul and assembly operations are undertaken within a designated overhaul facility. In cases where this is not feasible, a temporary installation location must be judiciously selected, preferably in close proximity to the transformer's base platform, to facilitate prompt positioning and installation. For outdoor setups, setting up tents is a wise choice. The temporary site should facilitate hassle-free transportation, possess flat, wide roads, and offer a solid, level, and dry ground. Moreover, it should be situated far from smoke outlets, water towers, and neighboring buildings, adhering to the necessary fire safety distance requirements.
2. Consider the installation environment and conditions
Installation space: according to the installation site space size and structure, select the appropriate transformer model and installation.
Environmental conditions: consider the temperature, humidity, altitude and other factors of the transformer installation environment, select the transformer model that can adapt to the environmental conditions.
