1. Performance Characteristics
Electrical insulation: The dielectric strength of capacitor oil is usually higher than 30 kV/mm, which can effectively prevent current leakage.
Its dielectric constant and loss factor are also very low, making it suitable for high-frequency applications.
Chemical stability: Strong antioxidant and hydrolysis resistance, able to maintain its physical and chemical properties over prolonged use. Not easily reacting with moisture and oxygen in the air, reducing the possibility of oil degradation.
2. Quality Index
Kinematic viscosity: Generally at 40 ℃, the kinematic viscosity is around 10-20mm ²/s, which is low and ensures good fluidity at different temperatures. It can quickly circulate inside the capacitor, providing insulation and heat dissipation.
Flash point: The open flash point is usually between 150 ℃ -170 ℃, and the closed flash point is between 130 ℃ -150 ℃. The higher flash point ensures that the capacitor is not easily flammable even in high temperature environments during operation, improving the safety of use.
