It operates stably within the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃: it does not congeal in low temperatures and does not degrade in high temperatures, which makes it suitable for extreme climate settings and frequent energy storage cycle working conditions. Combining a low dielectric loss factor with anti-gas evolution technology, it decreases gas buildup in energy storage systems and reduces maintenance frequency.

A drop in this voltage may indicate that the oil’s quality has deteriorated and needs to be replaced.Loss Factor Assessment: A rise in the Loss Factor might suggest that the oil has either been contaminated or has undergone aging.

2. Factors Affecting Service Life

In order to extend the service life of transformer oil, frequent checks should be made on the sealing of the oil filling equipment, the functionality of the oil storage cabinet, and the breather (hygroscope). Additionally, it is important to ensure that the oil color and quantity are normal before filling the transformer. These measures are essential for maintaining the stable performance of the transformer oil, thereby prolonging its lifespan.
