Meanwhile, it circulates unobstructedly even in the narrow oil circuit spaces of equipment, without affecting heat dissipation efficiency. In addition, the product adopts eco-sustainable raw material processes, leaving no hazardous residues behind. 1. Oil Change Inspection

Check the moisture content of the oil: Moisture is a common contaminant in transformer oil, and excess moisture can accelerate the aging process.

Measure breakdown voltage: A decrease in breakdown voltage may mean that the quality of the oil has deteriorated and needs to be replaced.

Measurement of Loss Factor: An increase in the Loss Factor may indicate that the oil is aged or contaminated.

2. Factors Affecting Service Life

In order to maintain the service life of transformer oil, regular checks should be conducted on the sealing of the oil filling equipment, the operational performance of the oil storage cabinet, and the breather (hygroscope). Additionally, it is important to ensure that the oil color and quantity are normal prior to filling the transformer with oil. These precautions are crucial for sustaining the stable performance of the transformer oil and extending its lifespan.
