Super HV Double-Stage Transformer Oil Purifie
This equipment is suitable for the treatment of new oil and running oil, especially for 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV AC power grid, ±660KV, ±800KV, ±1000KV DC power grid of extra-high-voltage large-scale transmission equipment and the national main substation network. It is also used for vacuum oil injection and drying of transformer, which can shorten the oil treatment period of transformer installation and overhaul.

1. Standards：Meet the national grid "1000kV power transformer, oil-immersed reactor, transformer construction and acceptance specification" (GB 50835-2013) .
2. Technical characteristics:
(1) The use of unique straight slow surface vacuum atomisation distribution technology, filling type lassi ring pull inside and outside the double membrane evaporation structure, 6 level plate oblique hole winding back three-dimensional flash dehydration and degassing technology, and greatly increase the oil in the system path, evaporation area, resolution of the retention time, so that the water and gas in the oil to obtain enough vaporization time to achieve the best dehydration and degassing effect. It can quickly and effectively remove the moisture and gas in the insulating oil, and improve the voltage resistance of insulating oil to more than 80KV, and the moisture is less than 3PPM.
(2) It adopts infrared photoelectric scanning foam inspection, maintenance-free mechanical screen needling defoaming and internal differential pressure defoaming in-flow technology to eliminate vacuum "oil run".
(3) The use of polar electrostatic adsorption filter material, so that it is not easy to remove the negative charge carrier and positive charge adsorption, to achieve charge balance, so that the impurities are more thoroughly removed. Filtration accuracy (less than NAS2 level) particle size ≤ 500/100ml (5μ m particles above).
(4) The equipment for a treatment of insulation strength up to 80KV or more, moisture less than 3ppm, acetylene (C2H2) hydrogen (H2) is zero. Greatly shorten the oil purification time, save manpower and material costs.
(5) The equipment is set with online temperature monitoring instruments, online pressure detection instruments, online vacuum detection instruments, online liquid level detector. It can know the oil filtration oil condition and the working condition of the equipment in real time.
