1. Usage Scenario
(1) On-site oil filtration and oil replenishment: oil filtration and oil replenishment for all kinds of oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current and voltage transformers and high-voltage oil-reduced circuit breakers.
(2) On-site hot oil circulation drying: on-site hot oil circulation drying for the above equipment, especially for oil-immersed current and voltage transformers and high-voltage oil-reduced circuit breakers, the on-site hot oil circulation drying is more effective.
(3) Vacuum oil filling and replenishment: on-site vacuum oil filling and replenishment of sealed oil-immersed equipments and vacuuming of equipments.
(4) Transformer oil regeneration and purification: regeneration and purification of mildly deteriorated transformer oil, so that its performance reaches the standard of qualified oil.
2. Instructions for use
(1) Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipe oil circuit, connect the 380V power supply, connect the safety earth wire, check whether each circuit and oil circuit valve is safely connected and open.
(2) Start the cooling water pump first, check whether the water circuit circulation is normal or not, then point the vacuum pump so that the oil in the vacuum pump can run normally, and then make the vacuum pump run continuously.
(3) When the vacuum surface reaches the limit, the oil inlet valve can be opened until the oil surface is seen in the lower sight window in the vacuum cylinder, that is, start the switch of the oil discharge pump, start to discharge the oil to filter the impurities of the oil circuit for normal circulation and open the heater switch to volatilise the water in the oil.
(4) After the work is completed, open the bleeder valve so that the vacuum degree reaches the normal atmospheric pressure, drain the oil in the cylinder, and put the vacuum pump and the water in the water tank in order to prevent freezing of the equipment.
