1. Characteristic
(1)The high voltage and low voltage winding of oil-immersed transformer is generally made of cylindrical structure, so as to ensure the balanced distribution of current turns.
(2)Vacuum dry the coil and iron core, and filter the transformer oil and inject it through the vacuum process. The core and the winding respectively adopted the fastening measures, the height of the device, the low pressure lead and other tightening parts are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nut, using the non-lifting structure, can withstand the shock of transport.
(3)The spiral coil adopts longitudinal oil channel, with good heat dissipation, low magnetic leakage and high mechanical strength; the reliable support structure can greatly improve the short-circuit tolerance.
(4)The insulation material has a high heat resistance, can withstand the overvoltage and overcurrent in operation.
2. Working Principle
Using the principle of electromagnetic induction of electric potential induced by cutting the magnetic lines of force of the wire, the mechanical energy of the prime mover is changed into electric energy output. Three-phase generator can produce three sets of alternating current with equal amplitude, equal frequency and phase difference of 120° from each other, which is a common power source in industry.
