Inhibited Electrical Insulating Oil

Transformer oil produced by our company has low volatility, which can ensure the stability of the oil quantity inside the equipment and reduce the occurrence of accidents due to insufficient oil. At the same time, our transformer oil also has strong corrosion resistance, can effectively prevent the equipment because of chemical reaction and corrosion, has a high degree of safety and good quality.
Product Details:Inhibited Electrical Insulating Oil
Our company's transformer oil retains exceptional chemical stability even under intense heat and oxidative environments, resisting oxidation and decomposition with ease, thereby sustaining its performance over extended periods. Furthermore, the strategic inclusion of antioxidants enhances its chemical stability even further, facilitating effective insulation, cooling, and machine protection, yielding remarkable results.

1. Overview
In today's world, both developed and developing countries, to varying degrees, are plagued by transformer safety. Transformer failure is usually accompanied by an arc and discharge and intense combustion occurs, followed by electrical equipment that is a short circuit or other failures, light machine stops, lighting equipment out, or cause a fire resulting in casualties. Therefore, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the transformer by the world's widespread concern.
Transformer oil as the main insulating material inside the transformer, its insulating properties of the transformer and even the entire power system plays a vital role in the safe operation. Mineral oil was first used as transformer oil in 1887, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) was first used as synthetic transformer oil in 1931, and silicone oil was used as insulating oil in 1956. Due to the advantages of mineral transformer oil in terms of source, price and performance, it has been occupying the most important position of transformer oil, which can play a very positive role in the insulation of power equipment.
2. Appearance and Odor Check
Appearance Analysis: High-quality transformer oil is characterized by its clarity and transparency, without any visible suspended particles or sediment. The presence of cloudiness, turbidity, or discoloration could be indicative of contamination or the onset of oxidation.
Odor Examination: Authentic transformer oil should lack a discernible odor or exhibit a subtle kerosene scent. However, the detection of abnormal odors, like those of burning, acetylene, or sourness, signals a decline in the oil's quality. To accurately identify these odors, lightly stir the oil sample and apply low heat. Then, place a few drops of the heated oil on clean hands and rub them together, allowing for a more sensitive odor detection.
