1. Working Principle

Mechanical Filtration: Solid impurities within the oil, including metal shavings, dust, and sludge, are directly intercepted by components like filter screens and filter elements. These filters and elements come with varying pore sizes and filtration precisions. Users can select appropriate specifications based on their requirements to eliminate impurities of different dimensions.

Adsorption Filtration: Adsorption materials like activated carbon and silica gel are employed to adsorb water, pigments, odors, and certain small molecule impurities present in the oil. Adsorbent materials possess a large specific surface area. They can adsorb these impurities onto their surface through physical adsorption, thus attaining the objective of purifying the oil.

Vacuum Separation: When dealing with oil that contains moisture, oil filters commonly utilize the vacuum separation method. In a vacuum environment, the moisture in the oil rapidly vaporizes into water vapor. Subsequently, this water vapor is cooled into liquid water via a condensing device and separated. This approach can efficiently remove trace amounts of water from the oil, enhancing the oil's quality.
