1. Characteristic
（1）The high voltage and low voltage winding of oil-immersed transformer is generally made of cylindrical structure, so as to ensure the balanced distribution of current turns.
（2）Vacuum dry the coil and iron core, and filter the transformer oil and inject it through the vacuum process. The core and the winding respectively adopted the fastening measures, the height of the device, the low pressure lead and other tightening parts are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nut, using the non-lifting structure, can withstand the shock of transport.
（3）The spiral coil adopts longitudinal oil channel, with good heat dissipation, low magnetic leakage and high mechanical strength; the reliable support structure can greatly improve the short-circuit tolerance.
（4）The insulation material has a high heat resistance, can withstand the overvoltage and overcurrent in operation.
2. Product Structure
The iron core adopts a multi-stage step overlapping fully inclined structure to reduce no-load losses and noise; The iron core is supported by a round rod, and the coil is made of hard paper tubes to enhance its ability to withstand short circuits; The coil adopts a baffle plate to guide the oil flow towards circulation, reducing the temperature rise of the coil; Using irregular shaped fins to lift the heat dissipation center and reduce oil surface temperature rise: all internal insulation and metal structural components are rounded to reduce partial discharge.
