As a result, they must exhibit a low pour point and low viscosity at low temperatures.

Derived from the fractional distillation of petroleum, transformer oil comprises a complex mixture of alkane, cycloalkane, and aromatic hydrocarbons, refined from raw petroleum. Its primary function lies in insulating and cooling transformers and electrical equipment, effectively transferring internal heat to facilitate machine cooling. This ensures temperature stability within the transformer, mitigating the risk of overheating-related failures and securing the integrity of the production process.

Dielectric loss factor: reflect the transformer oil in the electric field under the action of the loss of the size of the index, can understand the electrical performance of the oil and whether there is pollution or aging and other issues.
Breakdown voltage: test transformer oil to withstand the limit of electric stress situation indicators, low breakdown voltage may indicate that the oil is susceptible to electric breakdown, affecting the normal operation of equipment.
Resistivity: measure transformer oil conductivity indicators, qualified transformer oil resistivity should be in the specified range to ensure the normal operation of power equipment.
