2.Preparation for Installation
The ideal location for conducting power transformer overhaul and assembly work is a dedicated overhaul room. In the absence of such a facility, a temporary installation site must be carefully selected, preferably in the vicinity of the transformer's base platform, facilitating swift positioning and assembly on the ground. For outdoor setups, it's recommended to set up tents. The temporary site should have seamless transportation access, wide, even roads, and a solid, flat, and dry ground. It must also be strategically positioned, far from smoke outlets, water towers, and nearby buildings, ensuring compliance with fire safety distancing guidelines.
