Featuring robust anti-foaming and quick air-release characteristics, the oil guarantees that foam created under intense mechanical agitation during operation dissipates promptly. Additionally, it efficiently releases air entrapped in the oil within a shorter duration, thereby enabling accurate, sensitive, and smooth hydrostatic pressure transmission.

PARAMETER：

1. Cautions:

(1) Mixing this oil with other types or brands is not advisable.

(2) Zinc-infused anti-wear hydraulic oil is not suitable for use with copper or silver components.

(3) Strictly avoid any contact with internal combustion engine oil, as it can deteriorate the oil's anti-emulsification, anti-foaming, and air-release characteristics.

(4) Ensure the oil's viscosity aligns with the equipment's requirements.

(5) Prevent foreign contaminants, impurities, and moisture from infiltrating the oil during use, storage, or transport.

(6) Maintain the oil tank's hygiene, and sanitize it along with the oil lines whenever the oil is changed.

2. Composition of anti-wear hydraulic oil

The base oil of anti-wear hydraulic oil mainly includes refined mineral oil, hydrogenated oil, and synthetic hydrocarbon oil. Additives include antioxidants, rust inhibitors, oiliness agents, extreme pressure anti-wear agents, metal passivators, demulsifiers, detergents and dispersants, viscosity index improvers, pour point depressants, and anti foaming agents.

The formulation of hydraulic oil additives can be divided into zinc type formulation system and ash free formulation system.

Zinc containing anti-wear hydraulic oils all contain the main agent zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP), with a zinc content of 0.03% in the oil as the standard.

Those with a content greater than 0.03% are high zinc anti-wear hydraulic oils, while those with a content lower are low zinc anti-wear hydraulic oils.
