China's high-end transformer oil exports to ASEAN for the first time: breaking through international market barriers
Recently, there has been exciting news in the Chinese transformer oil industry - Zhongli Company's independently developed "Haijiang" I-30 ℃ transformer oil has successfully passed the rigorous product certification in the ASEAN region, achieving the first independent export of high-end transformer oil from China in the region. This breakthrough not only marks a significant improvement in the competitiveness of Chinese transformer oil products in the international market, but also breaks the long-standing monopoly of European brands in the high-end transformer oil market in ASEAN.
The "Haijiang" I-30 ℃ transformer oil exported this time has shown excellent performance in various performance indicators. In terms of low-temperature fluidity, its pour point is ≤ -40 ℃, which can maintain good fluidity even in the low-temperature environment of some high-altitude mountainous areas in ASEAN, ensuring the normal operation of the transformer. In terms of oxidation stability, the excellent performance of 100000 hours of oxidation stability (induction period ≥ 150 hours) far exceeds the industry average, greatly extending the maintenance cycle of transformers and reducing the operating costs of users.
The reason why this product stands out in the ASEAN market lies in its advanced production technology and outstanding technological advantages. The "Haijiang" I-30 ℃ transformer oil produced by hydrogenation isomerization process has an aromatic hydrocarbon content of less than 0.5%, which is lower than the IEC 602962020 standard, effectively improving the stability and safety of the product. In terms of dielectric strength, according to ASTM D877 testing, its dielectric strength is greater than 70kV, far higher than conventional products in the industry, and can provide reliable insulation protection for transformers.
The ASEAN region has diverse climates, ranging from hot and humid tropical rainforest environments to complex marine environments where offshore wind power projects are located. The "Haijiang" I-30 ℃ transformer oil, with its excellent adaptability, can perfectly adapt to these complex environments. In a tropical rainforest substation project in Malaysia, the transformer oil has undergone six months of actual operation and testing, with stable performance indicators, and has been highly recognized by the local power company.
Although the quantity of this export order to ASEAN is not huge, it is of great significance. It marks the transition of China's transformer oil industry from the stage of "replacing imports" to a new stage of "exporting and earning foreign exchange". According to market analysis agencies, as the reputation of China's high-end transformer oil gradually builds in the ASEAN market, it will drive an annual demand growth of over 12% for Chinese transformer oil in Southeast Asia. In the future, Zhongli Company will continue to increase research and development investment, continuously improve product performance, expand into more international markets, and contribute to the international development of China's transformer oil industry.
