1. Major technical standards
(1) Filtration precision
Filtration precision is one of the key technical indexes of the turbine oil filter, usually in micron (μm).The filtration precision of the turbine oil filter should be determined according to the cleanliness required by the turbomachinery. Generally speaking, the cleanliness of the lubricating oil of turbomachinery is required to be above 16/13 in ISO 4406 standard, so the filtration precision of the turbine oil filter should be controlled below 5 microns.
(2) Filtration efficiency
The filtration efficiency of the turbine oil filter refers to the degree of removal of contaminants in the liquid by the filter, usually expressed in percentage.The higher the filtration efficiency, the higher the cleanliness of the lubricant required by the turbomachinery. Generally speaking, the filtration efficiency of the turbine oil filter should be controlled above 90%.
2. Operation Procedure
(3) Installation of filter cartridge: Place the filter cartridge inside the cartridge tube and install it correctly on the cartridge holder.
(4) Injecting lubricating oil: Inject the lubricating oil into the oil tank according to the requirement of lubricating oil usage, the amount of stored lubricating oil should not exceed 80% of the oil tank volume of the oil filter.
(5) Start the equipment: press the power button on the control panel and the machine starts to run. After starting, check the oil pipe, oil drum and other equipment as well as the sound of motor operation to ensure that there is no abnormality.
(6) Open the oil inlet valve: After the oil filter machine works stably, open the oil inlet valve and start to feed oil.
(7) Check the filtration situation: in the process of oil filtering, check the filter element and the filtered oil regularly to make sure the discharge is smooth.
(8) Replacement of filter element: If the filter element is clogged, the filter element should be replaced in time to ensure that the equipment continues to operate and to avoid accidents such as rupture of the filter element.
(9) Shutdown operation: Before shutting down, close the oil inlet valve and wait for all the residual oil in the oil filter to be discharged. Then turn off the power button and stop the machine.
